The Black River Technical College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 10:30 a.m. March 16 in the Richard Gaines Technology Building conference room at the BRTC Pocahontas location. The meeting will be held to discuss the BRTC fees structure and a resolution to recognize new additional instructional sites.
