On August 15, Dr. Turner, BRTC President; Karen Liebhaber, Vice-President of Development; Cindy Robinette, adult education instructor and Reuben Rice descendent; and Jessica Bailey, REACH Project Specialist visited the Rice/Upshaw House and the Looney Tavern. This was Dr. Turner\’s first visit to the restored structures.
