Stitch & Serve: Quilted Pot Holders Workshop

Join us for a hands-on, creative workshop where you’ll learn the art of quilting while making a practical, beautiful pot holder or hot pad! This class is perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their quilting skills. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of creating a functional, insulated pot holder, all while learning key quilting techniques and tips.
- Christmas pattern fabric (color may vary), prepare fabric, and learn the basics of piecing, and pressing.
- Learn quilt sandwiching: We’ll show you how to layer fabric, batting, and backing to create a sturdy, heat-resistant pot holder.
- Master basic quilting techniques.
- Add finishing touches: We’ll teach you how to bind the edges of your pot holder, giving it a neat, professional look.
- Step-by-step guidance from an experienced instructor.
- Create two potholders.
- All necessary materials are included. ( You will need to bring your sewing machine. Also, 1/4 inch Foot and a Walking Foot, if you have them)
- Basic Sewing Skills are required.
