ServSafe Food Safety Training Certification

This training and assessment program is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. ServSafe® Food Safety covers five key areas:

  • Basic Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-contamination and Allergens
  • Time and Temperature
  • Cleaning and Sanitation

This class is offered on Saturday, April 28, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the BRTC Continuing Education Building, College Drive, Pocahontas. The cost of the class is $159.00 (including book and exam). Books will be available three weeks prior to class.

Registration will be taken through the deadline, Wednesday, March 28, or until class is full.
