Project REACH Topic at Old State House Museum

Project REACH was the topic of the Brown Bag Lunch Lecture Series at the Old State House Museum in Little Rock on Thursday, November 17.

This lecture series focuses on history around the state.  Dr. Jan Ziegler told the history of Project REACH as well as what makes the Rice-Upshaw House as well as the William Looney Tavern so important in the history of the state of Arkansas.
