Patchwork Christmas Stocking Sewing Class

Get ready for a fun and festive sewing adventure! In this joyful two-session class, you’ll create a beautiful patchwork Christmas stocking that’s full of charm, personality, and holiday cheer. Perfect for beginners and experienced sewists alike, this project is simple, relaxing, and so much fun to customize.

Bring 8 Christmas-themed fat quarters in any colors or patterns you love—classic, whimsical, modern, or totally mixed and matched (bring matching thread if you want something other than white or black). We’ll walk you step-by-step through cutting, piecing, quilting, and assembling your stocking. By the end of class, you’ll go home with a fully finished, one-of-a-kind holiday keepsake you’ll proudly hang every year.

Come laugh, sew, create, and kick off the season with a project that’s as merry as it is memorable!

You’ll learn how to:

• Select fabric combinations that complement each other for a festive patchwork look
• Cut and arrange your fat quarters into a simple patchwork design
• Piece together quilt blocks for the stocking front
• Assemble the stocking front and back with clean, professional seams
• Create and attach a stocking cuff
• Add a hanging loop so it’s ready for your mantle
• Finish your stocking neatly so it’s ready to display or gift
