Operating a Home-Based Business and Selling on Etsy

“Operating a Home-Based Business” will give you the tools you need to join the thousands of people running businesses from their homes.  Topics include business planning, ideas, requirements, and more to get you headed in the right direction.  During “Selling on Etsy,” you can expect to learn how to turn your passion into a creative business.  Learn which products are a good fit for the Etsy marketplace, the fees involved, and best practices for selling your handmade and vintage items online.  Kelli Listenbee, ASBTDC training coordinator and business consultant at Arkansas State University, will instruct both seminars.  “Operating a Home-Based Business” will kick-off the day at 12:30-2:00 p.m., and “Selling on Etsy” will be from 2:30-4 p.m. Event fees are $35 to the public, and free for A-State system faculty, staff, and students.  Pre-registration is required for each seminar.
