Executive Director of Workforce Training Priscilla Stillwell has retired from Black River Technical College (BRTC) after 24 years of service.

Dr. Martin Eggensperger, BRTC President, spoke about Stillwell and the immense gratitude he had for her and the work she put into the program. He said, with Stillwell, BRTC’s workforce training program has grown to become one of the most recognized programs in the state.

Stillwell was recognized at a retirement reception and at an end-of-the-year celebration for BRTC faculty and staff. She received a plaque and her choice of a bench or rocking chair to recognize her commitment to BRTC.
