Black River Technical College is accepting applications for the following adjunct technical faculty positions:
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICITY/ELECTRONICS
The person filling this position will be responsible for course and laboratory instruction in the Industrial Electricity/Electronics department at Black River Technical College at the BRTC Armory location in Piggott. Applicants will be working with both college and high school students as part of BRTC’s Career and Technical Center.
Positions needing filled in both Paragould and Piggott.
Classes for the Fall 2026 semester include the following topics: Paragould will cover the first three classes, Piggott will have all four classes
- Basic Electricity
- Electronic Circuits
- Industrial Electrical Systems
- Motors and Motor Controls
QUALIFICATIONS:
This person must have as a minimum an Associate degree; a Bachelor of Science is preferred. The candidate should have work experience in an electrical or closely related occupation. Teaching experience is also preferred. Candidates with any of the following will be given preference: Electrician Licensure; Teaching experience, OSHA trainer certification.
