Black River Technical College is pleased to announce it has promoted several employees during October. Margo Davis of Pocahontas was promoted to the position of Career Pathways Director. Davis earned a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Services from Arkansas Tech University. Before accepting the position, she worked at BRTC as the Coordinator of Recruitment, Retention, & Placement since 2008.
