L.D. Rose Family Scholarship Awarded for Fall

Last year\’s IBERIABANK/BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament named scholarships have been awarded to 17 students who are attending BRTC this fall.  Each named scholarship is sponsored by a $1,000 donor who is able to name the scholarship.  The student is then awarded $1,000 per semester, fall and spring, provided the student maintains enrollment and GPA requirements.

L.D. Rose Family Scholarship – Anne Bruetsch of Lexington, VA has been awarded the L.D. Rose Family Scholarship, made possible by funding from L.D. Rose and Pocahontas Aluminum Company.  Bruetsch is a 2008 graduate of Rockbridge High School and a 2013 graduate of Radford University.  She is in the LPN Program and plans to continue and obtain a Master’s in Nursing.  She is the daughter of Patrick and Beedle Hinely of Lexington, VA and wife to Mike Bruetsch.
