POCAHONTAS, AR July 9—Jorgie Hulsey, a senior at Hillcrest High School, signed a letter of intent, committing to attend Black River Technical College in the Fall of 2021. Hulsey accepted the Academic Distinction Scholarship and will seek a degree in Respiratory Care.

The Signing Day took place on Saturday, May 1, 2021, in the Randolph County Development Center on the Pocahontas campus. Hulsey was accompanied by her mother, Crystal Foley.

BRTC would like to recognize and celebrate Hulsey\’s decision to attend college and congratulate her on her high school graduation.
