Jeremy Baltz Named to Black River Technical College Board of Trustees

POCAHONTAS, AR. Sept. 22. Jeremy Baltz of Pocahontas has been appointed by Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson to a 7-year term on the Board of Trustees for Black River Technical College.

Baltz, graduate of Pocahontas High School, attended Notre Dame University earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is the General Manager of Baltz Feed Company and Ace Hardware, established by father Ambrose Joseph Jr. in 1954 and Co-Founder/Owner of AgHeadquarters Peanuts established in 2012.

Baltz also serves on St. Paul’s Parish Council and as a Director at Riverbank. Baltz states, “After living on both coasts, I returned to Pocahontas to raise my family.  It was obvious that BRTC was growing and was one of the best things our community had going.  I have enjoyed being a part of the college through my time on the Foundation Board and I look forward to continuing my involvement through the Board of Trustees.”
