Experience the art of making great-tasting wine!  From start to finish, this hands-on wine-making workshop will walk you through each step necessary to make homemade wine.  Learn about the following essential topics while making your bottle of wine.

• Fermentation
• Sanitization
• Yeasts
• pH
• Clarification
• Preservation
• Bottling

Participants can choose to make white wine, red wine, or mead.
