Graycen Bigger, BRTC Foundation Board Member, Elected to Arkansas Economic Developers & Chamber Executives Board

POCAHONTAS, AR Sept. 11—Graycen Bigger, Black River Technical College Foundation Board Member, has been elected to the board of the Arkansas Economic Developers & Chamber Executives (AEDCE). Bigger will represent the 1st Congressional District until December of 2022.

Bigger, Assistant Vice President of Community Development for Farmers and Merchants Bank as well as the Executive Director of the Northeast Arkansas Intermodal Authority, attended AEDCE’s annual conference which was held in Jonesboro on August 22-24. The board, along with professionals across the state, met to discuss how to best carryout the board’s mission of “advancing, through educational and professional efforts, the business climate and quality of life in Arkansas by the development of employment opportunities through economic growth and community development.”

Karen Liebhaber, Vice President of Institutional Advancement, expressed how pleased she is to have Bigger representing the 1st Congressional District. She stated, “We are delighted to have Graycen as the voice for our Congressional District and BRTC.”
