Fall 2019 Tenneco Scholarship Recipient Announced

The 2018 Annual IBERIABANK/BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament named scholarships have been awarded to 17 students attending BRTC.  Each scholarship is sponsored by a $1,000 donor who is able to name the scholarship.  The Black River Technical College Foundation matches the $1,000 donation allowing students to be awarded $1,000 per semester, fall and spring, provided the student maintains enrollment and meets GPA requirements.

Cheyenne Dinkins of Rector has accepted the Tenneco Scholarship made possible by funding from Tenneco Inc.  Dinkins is a 2014 graduate of Rector High School.  She is the daughter of Ronnie Ellis and the late Molly Allison and is the mother of Khloe Dinkins.  She is seeking a degree in Nursing.
