Dietetics Students Attend State Nutrition Meeting

Students in BRTC’s Dietetics program along with their instructors, Tina Harris and Kathy Murdock, recently attended the Fall Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals State meeting in Hot Springs.  This two-day event featured various topics such as entrepreneurship, human resource management, employee appreciation, infection control and menu planning.

Tina Harris, Director of Dietetics, spoke to ANFP members and students regarding professionalism and ethics. Students Annaliza Anis, Heather Frost, Christina Derbes and Samantha Saala assisted her in the presentation.
