    Serendipity

    Serendipity, Instructed by Dr. Jan Ziegler

    Serendipity meets one Friday of the month to discuss contemporary books, including works of fiction, non-fiction, memoirs, and biographies dealing with timeless issues and themes. Books selected for Serendipity are designed to focus on diverse people, places, cultures, and ideas, and to stimulate awareness of shared aspects of the human condition.     In this hands-on class, you will explore the powerful combination of castor oil and Gua Sha to rejuvenate your skin, release tension, and promote overall wellness. Learn the ancient techniques of Gua Sha—an effective, non-invasive method used for facial and body massage—and how to enhance its benefits with castor oil, known for its nourishing and healing properties.
