Clay County Electric Cooperative, Corp. Member Scholarship Awarded for Spring 2021

POCAHONTAS, AR December 25, 2020 –The 2019 Annual IBERIABANK/BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament named scholarships have been awarded for the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters.  Each scholarship is sponsored by a $1,000 donor who is able to name the scholarship.  The Black River Technical College Foundation matches the $1000 donation allowing students to be awarded $1,000 per semester, fall and spring, provided the student maintains enrollment and meets GPA requirements.

Gage Parrish of Rector has accepted the Clay County Electric Cooperative Corporation Member Scholarship, made possible by funding from the Clay County Electric Cooperative Corporation.  Parrish is the son of Buddy and Shanna Parrish.  He graduated from Rector High School in 2020 and is currently working towards an Associate of Science in Agriculture.
