The Community Education Department of Black River Technical College is offering Child Development Associate Training. This credit program will begin on August 22. The class will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Continuing Education Building on the BRTC Pocahontas campus.
