Black River Technical College is accepting applications for a Career and Technical Center Liaison for the 2025-2026 academic year beginning in the Fall 2025 term, with a start date of August 11, 2025. This is a terminal, federally-funded grant position and is for the length of the grant, which ends April 30, 2028.
The Career and Technical Center Liaison will be responsible for supervising the BRTC CTC Allied Health students as they work on classwork/assignments/tests in an on-campus computer lab at both the Paragould and Pocahontas locations. The Career and Technical Center Liaison will perform weekly checks on grades and progress for each student in the program; assist with recruitment efforts at high schools and community outreach events; transporting students; assist with coordinating outreach events; ensure projects goals and objectives are met; assist with collecting student data. Travel between the two locations will be a requirement. This will be a full-time, 10-month, 40 hour per week position. The Career and Technical Center Liaison will be trained on how to navigate Moodle, Black River Technical College’s learning management system. The Career and Technical Center Liaison will also be required to ensure a quiet/safe learning environment. The Career and Technical Center Liaison will also be responsible for assisting with additional CTC Allied Health classroom activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred. Candidates should have solid computer skills as this position requires extensive interaction with technology. Candidates should also be personable and have good communication skills as they will be directly working with students on a daily basis.
