BRTC’s Respiratory Students Complete Neonatal Resuscitation Program

POCAHONTAS, AR Aug. 27– Black River Technical College’s Respiratory Care students recently completed the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

The NRP is designed for healthcare professionals involved in hospital-based resuscitation of the newborn.  The NRP utilizes a blended learning approach, which includes online testing and hands-on case-based simulations/debriefings that focus on critical leadership, communication, and team-work skills.
