BRTC VP of Student Affairs Jason Smith Delivers Speech about FERPA at AASFAA Conference

Black River Technical College’s (BRTC) Vice President of Student Affairs Jason Smith recently delivered a speech about the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) to financial aid professionals at the Arkansas Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators Conference at the University of Arkansas-Morrilton.
