In collaboration with Northeast Arkansas (NEA) Regional Intermodal Authority and Engage NEA, Black River Technical College (BRTC) will be hosting the NEA Local Launch Job Fair on April 15, 2026, at the Randolph County Development Center in Pocahontas.
NEA Local Launch was created to help employers connect directly with workers while building a stronger talent pipeline for NEA’s future. This event goes beyond the traditional job fair by bringing together high school seniors in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, BRTC students, and regional job seekers. High school juniors will also attend for career exploration and employer panel discussions.
In addition to networking with students and job seekers, employers will have the opportunity to conduct interviews with technical students whose skills and career interests match employers’ hiring needs. Employers will receive student resumes ahead of the event so they can identify strong candidates in advance.
The job fair will have employers from Randolph, Lawrence, Clay, and Sharp Counties and will be open to the public from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. To participate in NEA Local Launch, visit https://qualtricsxmvlqxn7x99.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_beCGdZhVo51Z1mS.
