BRTC Student-Led Mini Museum Displays New Exhibit

Black River Technical College’s (BRTC) student-led mini museum, Cabinet of Curiosities, has a new exhibit for the Spring 2025 semester.

“Banned” features banned books researched by Dr. Dianna Fraley’s traditional US History to 1876 and World Civilization to 1660 classes. The students were given the task of researching banned books and then choosing one book to do a report on. The report consisted of a brief summary of their chosen book and a list of reasons why the book was banned.
