Black River Technical College (BRTC) Mathematics Instructor Daphne Perkins recently attended the statewide Quantitative Literacy/Mathematical Reasoning professional development session for high school and college instructors at the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College.
“It was a day of exchanging project and instruction ideas with other colleges and high schools. It also launched the Arkansas QL Community of Practice,” said Perkins.
