Black River Technical College (BRTC) library recently hosted “Blind Date with a Book” throughout February.
BRTC students, faculty, and staff were invited to check out an unknown wrapped book based simply on genre to read and review. Each person who turned in their review was entered in a prize drawing.
BRTC Career and Technical Center (CTC) student Dafne Vargas is the winner. She picked the book “The Light We Lost” by Jill Santopolo. Vargas gave the book 5 out of 5 stars and said she would recommend the book to a friend.
