Black River Technical College (BRTC) Law Enforcement Training Academy(LETA) held a remembrance event in honor of the first responders and police officers who lost their lives in the infamous attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
Recruits marched to the flag poles in front of the administration building where the observed a moment of silence and the pledge of allegiance.
