BRTC Hosts Randolph County Classic

For the 4th year in a row Black River Technical College (BRTC) hosted the Randolph County Classic. The Randolph County Classic is a Future Farmers of America (FFA) Career Development Event (CDE) contest that is sponsored by Pocahontas FFA Alumni and the Pocahontas FFA Chapter. The event was held on Friday, February 14 at the Pocahontas BRTC campus.

FFA Career Development Events are used to test FFA members on their field of interest. This particular CDE will be used as a practice event to help students prepare for the Eastern District Conference at Arkansas State University. FFA students will get to test in events like livestock evaluation, agronomy, and agriculture mechanics.
