BRTC Holds Fall 2023 RN Pinning & Graduation

Black River Technical College (BRTC) held its Summer practical nursing graduation and pinning ceremony Tuesday, December 12 in the Randolph County Development Center.

BRTC celebrated the graduation of 20 students who earned an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing. The opening prayer was given by Adam Griffy.  The class spokesperson was RN class President Scott McGee. Heather Fletcher sang “Go Light Your World” and the final benediction was given by Eric Swift.

Awards were given out by the nursing faculty. Lyndsey Johnson received the Highest Average in Traditional Registered Nursing 1 and 2. Chrisanna Nagy was awarded Highest Average in Traditional Registered Nursing 3 and the Florence Nightingale award.

An Outstanding Preceptor award was given to Quinton Mauldin for being instrumental in the teaching of the RN students during clinicals.
