Black River Technical College (BRTC) is pleased to announce Scott McNamara of Orlando has accepted the position of Instructional Designer.
McNamara earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University, Long Beach in 1986.
Prior to accepting this position, McNamara ran his own consulting company, Proof of Design, as senior project leader for 20 years specializing in business process and systems design, application development, organizational design, instructional design, and eLearning development.
