Black River Technical College (BRTC) is pleased to announce Helen Shipley of Pocahontas has accepted the position of Testing Administrator.
Shipley earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Arkansas State University. Before accepting this position, she worked as a concierge at Farmers and Merchants Bank. Shipley was also previously employed at BRTC in Career Pathways.
