BRTC Foundation Board Member Receives Highest Designation in Field

Director of Economic Development and CEO at Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce and Black River Technical College Foundation Board Member Allison Hestand recently received another designation at the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Annual Conference in Philadelphia.

Hestand earned the designation of Certified Chamber Executive, which is the highest professional designation in her field. She was awarded alongside 25 newly certified chamber leaders. Hestand said this milestone is “a reflection of the growth, challenges, and purpose-driven work” that has shaped her journey.

The BRTC Foundation exists solely to provide resources to further the academic programs and activities of BRTC. The Foundation’s mission is to assist with the development and enhancement of programs and facilities; to assist in providing broader educational opportunities and services to students, staff, and alumni; and to receive, hold, and administer gifts or grants.
