BRTC CTC Students Prepare for Draft Day

On Friday, February 14, Black River Technical College (BRTC) Career, Technical, and Concurrent (CTC) students received a presentation from Graycen Bigger, Northeast Arkansas Intermodal Authority Executive Director, and the Honorable Judge Alex Bigger, District Judge for District One, both BRTC Foundation board members.

The presentation titled "First Impression Matter" emphasized the importance of the students' first impression with potential employers. The students also learned about appropriate interview dress for both males and females.

The presentation was given to help the students prepare for Draft Day on February 27 at Nettleton High School. Draft Day gives high school seniors interested in the workforce a chance to meet with potential employers and find jobs that match their skill sets.
