BRTC CTC Program set to Hold Preview Days

The Black River Technical College (BRTC) Career and Technical Center (CTC) will host two preview days.

The BRTC CTC preview day at the Pocahontas location will be held March 14, and the Preview Day at the Paragould location will be March 16.

BRTC CTC is a free program for juniors and seniors in high school that enables students to get a head start on their careers.

Students can graduate with their high school diploma and a BRTC certificate; career ready straight out of high school. Programs offered at the CTC are CNA, Phlebotomy, EMT, Nursing Prerequisites, Welding, Machine Tool Technology, Industrial Electricity/Electronics, Robotics/Industrial Automation, Auto Body Collision, and Auto Service Technology.

BRTC has locations in Pocahontas and Paragould. A new satellite location The Armory at BRTC in Piggott is set to open in August.

Students interested in learning about the programs BRTC CTC offer and/or touring either campus can do so by registering for one of the upcoming CTC Preview Days.
