BRTC Awards the John and Wilma Whitlow Scholarship for Hoxie Graduates

The John and Wilma Whitlow Scholarship for Hoxie Graduates has been awarded to Louie Alexander Simkins of Hoxie.

Simkins is a 2023 graduate of Hoxie High School and the son of Gerald and Heidi Simkins. He is seeking a degree in fire science.

Linda Riley, Pat Wilkins, and James Whitlow are pleased to memorialize their parents with this scholarship. It is a $500 scholarship awarded in fall and spring provided the student maintains a 2.5 GPA and is enrolled in the hard tech or nursing programs.
