Meagan Noblin of Walnut Ridge has been awarded the John and Wilma Whitlow Scholarship.
Noblin is a 2005 graduate of Hoxie High School. She has two daughters, Sydney and Sadie, and she is seeking a degree in nursing.
Linda Riley, Pat Wilkins, and James Whitlow are pleased to memorialize their parents with this scholarship. It is a $500 scholarship awarded in fall and spring provided the student maintains a 2.5 GPA and is enrolled in the hard tech or nursing programs.
