Bozarth began her journey at BRTC as a student in the Spring of 2007. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration in 2008, and was placed in the Corporate and Community Education department through the Arkansas Workforce Center. She was hired fulltime in January of 2010.

Bozarth said, she plans to spend retirement taking more time to do the things she most loves; gardening, canning jellies and salsas, and spending more time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She and her husband Jim have been married for 28 years. The pair have six children between them. Her oldest daughter Lesley has five children and her oldest grandchild Shelby will be 23 this year.

Shelby had her first child in March, which made Bozarth a great grandma. Her daughter also has two sets of twins; the oldest set of twins Brody and Parker will be twelve this year, and the youngest set Sadye, and Callum will be ten.

Bozarth’s step daughter Shana has two boys Jaxon 13, and Colton 11. Her oldest son Nathan has two sons; Staley who will be fifteen this year, and Thorin who turned one in March. “I feel so blessed,” Bozarth said.
