Foundations of Leadership for Emerging Leaders

The Corporate & Community Education Department of Black River Technical College is offering Foundations of Leadership for Emerging Leaders.  During this workshop, you will learn how to instill the two concepts that must be present to turn a group into a team and the problem solving process that any team can use to meet their company’s goals.  Discover your behavior style and how to effectively use that style to be a leader.  Recognize how to create a healthy conflict that leads to results by realizing your own conflict style.  This is a unique opportunity that will teach you how to apply personal differences to skillsets and communications in business environments.  Foundations of Leadership for Emerging Leaders will be held on Thursdays, October 15 – November 19, from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.  Deadline for registration is Tuesday, October 13, or until class is full.
