The Corporate & Community Education Department of Black River Technical College is offering an Arkansas Folklore Symposium 2013. This symposium is sceduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 8 and 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 9 in the BRTC Randolph County Development Center.
