ADJUNCT HISTORY INTRUCTOR

 

Black River Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct History instructor

position at our Paragould location for the Spring 2026 semester.

Course Assignments:

HIST 1013 – World Civilization to 1660
Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:30–10:45 a.m.

HIST 2763 – U.S. History to 1876
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Responsibilities:

The instructor will be responsible for delivering course lectures, creating and assessing

assignments, and submitting grades for both courses. This role involves teaching both college

students and high school students enrolled through concurrent credit.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in History (required)
Teaching experience
