Libby Green of Rector has been awarded the BRTC President’s Scholarship.
Green is a 2025 graduate of Rector High School. She is the daughter of Brad and April Green, and is seeking a degree in agriculture business.
The BRTC President’s Scholarship pays full tuition for fall and spring semesters provided the recipient maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and full-time enrollment.
