Shelby Messer of Paragould has been awarded the Regions Bank Scholarship.

Messer is a 2024 graduate of Paragould High School. She is the daughter of John and Angela Messer. She is seeking a degree in nursing.

The Regions Bank Scholarship funded by Regions Bank is made possible through the 2023 BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament headlined by Proventus. The $1,000 scholarship package enables donors to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a student the following fall. The BRTC Foundation matches the donor’s $1,000 scholarship with another $1,000 which is given in the donor’s name the following spring.
