Stitch & Serve: Quilted Pot Holders Workshop
1 Black River Dr. Paragould, ARJoin us for a hands-on, creative workshop where you'll learn the art of quilting while making a practical, beautiful pot holder or hot pad! This class is perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their quilting skills. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of creating a functional, insulated pot holder, all while learning key quilting techniques and tips.
In this class, you will:
- Christmas pattern fabric (color may vary), prepare fabric, and learn the basics of fabric cutting, piecing, and pressing.
- Learn quilt sandwiching: We’ll show you how to layer fabric, batting, and backing to create a sturdy, heat-resistant pot holder.
- Master basic quilting techniques.
- Add finishing touches: We’ll teach you how to bind the edges of your pot holder, giving it a neat, professional look.
- Step-by-step guidance from an experienced instructor.
- Create two potholders.
- All necessary materials are included. ( You will need to bring your sewing machine. Also 1/4" Sewing Foot and /or walking foot, optional)

Vibrational Sound Therapy Workshop
The GIN 210 N. Pruett St. ParagouldVibrational Sound Therapy is a unique therapeutic experience designed to help participants achieve deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional healing through sound and vibration. In this workshop, attendees are introduced to the healing power of sound frequencies and how they can impact the body, mind, and spirit. Class includes lecture, a workbook, and hands-on experience with the tools provided.
- Understanding Sound Healing: Participants will learn about the science and history behind sound therapy, including how different frequencies can impact the mind, body, and spirit.
- Mindfulness and Meditation: Breathing exercises and guided meditation are often integrated into the session, helping participants stay present and attuned to the therapeutic vibration.
- Emotional and Physical Healing: The workshop aims to help participants release stress, trauma, and negative emotions, while promoting a sense of peace, grounding, and emotional healing.
- Chakra Alignment & Energy Balancing: The vibrations from the instruments are thought to help restore harmony to the body’s energy centers (chakras), enhancing emotional clarity and overall well-being.
