ServSafe® Food Manager’s First-Time Certification Training and Assessment Course

The ServSafe® Food Manager’s First-Time Certification Training and Assessment Course is a complete solution to deliver consistent food safety training to employees.

Training will focus on the five key areas of Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation.

September 1st-2nd

Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with Testing on Saturday, 9-12 a.m.

The registration Deadline is August 22.  The cost includes the book and exam.
