This 16-week Online non-credit certification program is approved by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) and will prepare you for certification as a dietary manager and food protection professional. Successful completion of the CDM Program with fieldwork is one of the requirements to sit for the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers Exam. Learn the ancient techniques of Gua Sha—an effective, non-invasive method used for facial and body massage—and how to enhance its benefits with castor oil, known for its nourishing and healing properties.

Serendipity, Instructed by Dr. Jan Ziegler
Serendipity meets one Friday of the month to discuss contemporary books, including works of fiction, non-fiction, memoirs, and biographies dealing with timeless issues and themes. Books selected for Serendipity are designed to focus on diverse people, places, cultures, and ideas, and to stimulate awareness of shared aspects of the human condition.
