50th Anniversary of School Desegregation

On Saturday, September 26, 2015, the Eddie Mae Herron Center and the BRTC Corporate & Community Education Department invite you to be part of a special dinner event to remember the 50th anniversary of local school desegregation.  This event will honor Randolph County’s African American students, who in the fall of 1965, enrolled in the formerly segregated public schools at Pocahontas, Biggers-Reyno,  and Sloan-Hendrix.
