This 16-week Online non-credit certification program is approved by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) and will prepare you for certification as a dietary manager and food protection professional. Successful completion of the CDM Program with fieldwork is one of the requirements to sit for the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers Exam.
