Spanish for Customer Service: Series I

The Corporate & Community Education Department of Black River Technical College is offering Spanish for Customer Service: Series I.  No previous training in the Spanish language is necessary.   Participants who attend this training will receive a textbook and cover the following topics:  fundamentals of pronunciation, meeting and greeting, customer questions, and days, months, and dates.  This four-week course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, September 26 – October 19, from 8:30 – 9:45 a.m.  The deadline for registration is Thursday, September 22, or until class is full.
