Manuel Awarded the Paragould Student Scholarship for Fall 2019

\"\"Jan. 5 — Bobby Manuel of Keiser is one of fifteen students awarded the Paragould Student Scholarship for the fall 2019 semester.  He is a 1995 graduate of Osceola High School who is in the BRTC electrical apprenticeship program. He is the son of James and Carolyn Manuel. He and his wife Teresa have two children, Clay and Bobby, Jr.

Paragould educators, staff, and community members collectively fund this $250 scholarship.  The Paragould Student Scholarship is available to fulltime Black River Technical College students who attend at least one traditional class at the Paragould site or to Paragould non-traditional industry students who are enrolled in at least one Paragould program comprising of more than 18 hours.
